More Than Words is seeking a driver to handle pick-up and delivery of the book donations from people’s homes, businesses, libraries and community groups on a weekly basis.  We seek a flexible, hard working individual who can work approximately 20 hours per week picking up book donations.  MTW strongly encourages applications from individuals with previous truck/moving experience. Key responsibilities include heavy lifting, loading, and unloading of donations at both MTW sites, providing excellenet customer service to our various donors, and helping MTW to expand its brand in the community. Business Internship, Waltham & Boston, MA

MTW seeks a creative, highly-motivated, and detail-oriented intern to support operations in order to deepen and grow MTW. This internship provides a hands-on, real-world opportunity to apply business acumen in the daily operations and strategic growth of a nonprofit social enterprise. The Business Intern will support oversight of all aspects of the store, online, and cafe businesses including maximizing profitability, training, inventory management, marketing, merchandising, and events.
